D	Daisuke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大宮駅で魚介系or醤油系No. 1のラーメン屋ですね。写真は特製中華そばの大盛りですが、味の質は大盛りでない方が、スープと麺のバランスから良いと思います。気持ち先行で大盛りにしてしまいました！客は多いですが店内は綺麗で衛生的で、店主らしき人がいつも切り盛りしているので、味や品質がぶれることはありません。駅周辺のライバルは蕾かと思うのですが、この安定感はかなりレベチです。蕾はすたれてきました…昔の蕾は良かったのですが^_^ 麺のツヤ感とコシ、スープの洗練された深さは、また行きたくなります！ It's the No. 1 ramen shop in seafood or soy sauce at Omiya station. L	Libby Tang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the special tsukemen（特製つけ麺), which comes with egg and a couple pieces of pork. Noodles had a nice chewy texture. The pork was very tender. But the broth was way too salty and distracting. I wouldn't mind going back though to see if the broth would be better next time.
