★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの蕎麦食べたら蕎麦街道へ行かなくても満足！お薦めは平うどんみたいに太い蕎麦！固めな食感が苦手なら普通の太さの麺も色々有って悩みます。
あと、心太も絶品！スーパーの心太が食べられなくなるくらい風味が有ります。
If you eat buckwheat noodles here, you'll be satisfied without going to the buckwheat road! Recommendation is thick soba noodles like flat udon! If you don't like the firm texture, there are various kinds of noodles of ordinary thickness.
Also, the heart is excellent! It has a flavor that makes it impossible to eat the heart of a supermarket.
