There is only a black stone monument engraved with "Shijobo Monkoji Ruins" in front of Building No. 1 of the Mibubo Castle Complex on the north side of the city bus Mibu Soshajo.

Shijobomonkoji is a road that runs from east to west in Heiankyo, and is located between Sanjooji and Shijooji, with Nishikikoji to the south and hexagonal alley to the north. It almost corresponds to the current Takoyakushi-dori, and has a road width of 4 lengths (about 12 m). This stone mark shows the mark. In 1974, when the site of the Mibu garage on the streetcar was excavated, the remains of the Shijobomon alley north-south ditches from the Heian period to the Kamakura period, wells in the early and middle Heian period, and buildings from the middle to late period were detected. Subsequent exploratory excavation surveys also detected the south side ditch of Shijobomonkoji and its road surface from the early Heian period to the Kamakura period.
