 Not marked on Google Maps, this landmark is Gojo Tenjin Shrine. It is very convenient by No. 50 bus. It is in one line from Kyoto JR Station and the famous Kitano Tenman Shrine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ グーグルマップを頼りに行ったが付近にそれらしき石碑や案内板を発見出来ず、残念でした。それから1ヶ月ぶりに近くを通ったので再度訪問したら、石碑が新調されていました。
石碑の詳細がわからなかったので調べてみた。調べてたところ かつてこの地に平安時代中期の学者・政治家の三善清行（ミヨシ キヨユキ 847-918）の屋敷があった。清行は、出没する物の怪にも動じなかったと云う逸話がある。
I went to rely on Google Maps, but I was sorry that I couldn't find a stone monument or information board near them. It passed for the first time in a month, so when I visited again, the stone monument was renewed.
I didn't know the details of the stone monument, so I looked it up. When I checked it, there was once a mansion in the middle of the Heian period, a scholar and politician Kiyoyuki Miyoshi (847-918). There is an anecdote that Kiyoyuki was not affected by the haunting monsters.
