J	Joel Zaugg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brand new, modern hotel with a very high standard for a 4 star hotel and the room is equipped with plenty of items to make your stay easier (like a phone charger, when i realised my travel adapter isn't suited for Japan). The location is close to the central and you got a subwaybstation 2mins walk and a 24/7 shop in the same distance. Also the reception is very helpful and friendly (my regards to Mr. Kawasaki). There are different Mystays in the area, so make sure you end up at the right one. Kudos!
M	Marc Pilmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent business hotel of if you are staying around Osaka and want to be close to Namba, Umeda, and Nippombashi, yet prefer a calmer area. Prices are reasonable and the hotel quality is very good with enough amenities available. The hotel is quite new and modern. Metro stations are close by, as well as some nice cafes.

Some amenities (razors etc) are kept in a drawer in the reception area on the 2nd floor which is a different way of doing it and I guess a cost saving exercise. The room was quite big, had a large TV, small desk area, chair, futon and table. Massage service available and extended checkout upto 1pm is available for 2000¥ per hour past the 11am checkout.
K	Kimberly De Souza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our room was nice and and there was quite a bit of space. The view wasn't the best I must say but the tv was very big but no english channels. The receptionists were a bit confused when speaking english but were helpful to some point. The toilets make a very loud noise when you sit and make your business which can be very disturbing in the night .The check out time was perfect for our departure out of Osaka. I had a very enjoyable stay especially with the toilets.

The view from our window on the 10 th floor was towards a wall, not a big issue for us (but just so you know what to exoect). I found it annoying that the elevator stopped at the second floor every time going up or down, even though the reception is on that floor, it is unnecessary to have a stop there every time. The hotel is obviously trying to save money as they don't provide roomservice every day. All in all we are satisfied with the accommodation and the location is definitely an advantage. ?
t	trandang0709 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was clean. Air condition worked really well. Big TV. Big bed. Medium Fridge. Medium water boiler. Good ventilation. Nice color combination Toilet was clean and hygiene with a washlet (make your butt warm with option of spraying water to your butt). Shampoo, hair conditioner and body soap is available also. Hair dryer is available also I have checked in at 1:00 am, yet the staff was still friendly. I stayed for 2 days which cost was fairly acceptable (5100 yen/ day. Around 40 Euro btw. I chose an Eco pack which means that no cleaning of room in between the days, however it was not a big deal for 2 days-stay, and no breakfast included- there were many restaurant outside). Note: No coin laundry inside of the hotel.
W	WS, J Chang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome stay which is super considerate and helps the guests in every perspective. The room comparing to many others in Osaka is considered quite big already. The details of the hotel is the best highlight! There is mobile charging cables, air purifier, water pot, deodorant spray and more. Last but not least the location is really convenient if you want to bound for either north side or south side. It’s a great place to stay in if ever coming to Osaka.
