今度は、ディナーでペアリングを是非お願いしたいです。
 This is my first visit at lunch. The food and hospitality that tickle the five senses were also wonderful and I was able to spend a happy time.
Next time, I would like to ask you to pair at dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内は綺麗に整頓されていて待合室もあり素敵な空間。先ず、シェフはじめみなさんのお出迎えをいただき席に着席。全てのお料理は手間ひまかけてあり食材にもこだわりを持たれている。
どのお料理も美味しかった。
デザートは8種類の、焼き菓子やケーキなどから好きなものを選ぶことができる。
The inside of the store is neatly organized and there is a waiting room, which is a nice space. First of all, we were greeted by the chef and everyone else and took a seat. All dishes take time and effort, and we are particular about the ingredients.
Every dish was delicious.
You can choose your favorite dessert from 8 kinds of baked goods and cakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 正直料理自体にそれほどの感動はなかったけれど、ソムリエや給仕さん達が際立ってました。
とにかく客の観察から何を欲してるかを感じる為に神経を使ってるのが伝わってきます。かと言って無理に飲み物を勧めるでもなし、見張られてる堅苦しさも無い。
この店で働いたら、他のほとんどすべての店のサービスにダメ出しするようになっちゃいそう。逆に言えば、他の高級を謳うような店はサーヴィスを見習ってもらいたくなりました。
To be honest, I wasn't so impressed with the food itself, but the sommeliers and waiters stood out.
Anyway, from the observation of the customer, I can tell that I am using my nerves to feel what I want. However, I didn't force myself to recommend a drink, and I wasn't overwhelmed.
If you work in this store, you're likely to end up ruining the services of almost every other store. Conversely, other luxury stores wanted to emulate the service.
