★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ノートパソコン が充電出来なくなり持ち込みました。当初高価なマザーボード交換かと心配しましたが、その後「バッテリーを充電ゼロまで放電したら復調しました。バッテリーは劣化しておらず交換不要なので、この件の代金はいただきません」と良心的な報告。ほっとして、代わりに前から気になっていた「Windows updateが半年機能していない」事象の解決を追加で依頼。こちらはOSの再インストール（有料）となりました。丁寧な説明と明朗な事前見積りで信頼できます。

某量販店で30万円弱で購入のデスクトップ保証期間内にも関わらずモニター破損を理由に保証対象外。メーカー有償修理16万円との返事。画面右端に10㎜程度のグレーライン。
