Best Sushi restaurant in japan

あ	あきら on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お鮨は美味しい。少しかためのシャリ、所々に芯が残ってる感もあったが味付けは好み、ネタも仕事が施してあり美味しくいただける。ただ、主人の接客が最悪。プライドが高いからかこの方の資質の問題か分からないが、客を小馬鹿にしたようなもの言い、一言一言余計なことを言う、そういう事を言えば客が不快感を覚えないのかと考えないんだろうか。この人ってバカなのって思ってしまうほどの接客。飲食店でこんな不快な思いをしたのは久しぶり。いくらお寿司が美味しくてもこれでは駄目でしょ。この味のレベルならもっと流行って良いはず、カウンターに自分達以外お客さんなし、やっぱりこの接客が影響してるんじゃないのって思ってしまった。 Sushi is delicious. It's a little hard and there is a feeling that the core remains in some places, but I like the seasoning, and the material is also worked and it is delicious. However, the customer service of my husband is the worst. I don't know if it's because of the high pride or the problem of this person's qualities, but I say something like making a fool of the customer, saying something extra word by word, and if I say that, the customer will not feel uncomfortable. Don't you think? The customer service that makes me think that this person is stupid. It's been a while since I had such an unpleasant feeling at a restaurant. No matter how delicious the sushi is, this is no good. At this level of taste, it should be more popular, and there are no customers other than ourselves at the counter, so I thought that this customer service had an effect.

I may not be able to talk about sushi to myself, but sushi made by artisans is the best. It was delicious. Ku ○ Sushi You can go three times. The mackerel sushi I ordered additionally was also thick and the best.

I loved the attentive little details of excellence, such as the generous portion of freshly grated wasabi and the creamy delicious matcha. I was wearing a white t-shirt and the chef suggested that I use the ginger to paint the nigiri with soy sauce (instead of turning the nigiri upside down and dipping the fish in the soy sauce, which could potentially splash). The hours of operation are easy to misunderstand. I think they are open for dinner most nights but only open for lunch on Fridays or something like that. I would sleep on their doorstep if I could!

The sushi chef is polite about his work. Sushi's ingredients are all fresh. If you come to KYOTO and want to eat the authentic sushi, you should go there.
