★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 炭で焼いた鮎は大変美味で、頭から尻尾まで美味しく頂きました。お肉も魚類も炭で焼いた風味がほんのりとして、脂や水分が程よく落ちてべたっとしておらず、火の通り加減が程よく噛むと素材の味がじわっと広がり、お野菜類も一つひとつ味付けや組み合わせに頷きながら堪能しました。コロナでテイクアウトを始められたのではなく、元々テイクアウトされていただけあり、行き届いた内容でした。だし巻きも、お出汁たっぷりで口当たりも滑らかで美味しかったです。実家に行ったらまた行きます❗️

The meat and fish are charcoal-flavored with a slight flavor, and the fat and water have fallen off moderately so that they are not sticky. I enjoyed it while nodding to the combination. The takeout wasn't started in Corona, it was just taken out originally, and it was a perfect content. The soup stock was also delicious with plenty of dashi stock and a smooth texture. I will go again when I go to my parents' house ❗️
