★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can recommend Mr. Sakata and PCDock24. He diagnosed and repaired my 2011 iMac Pro when the Apple Sore would not as it was no longer supported. The repair was done at a reasonable price (burnt out graphics card), Mr. Sakata communicated clearly through email and face to face and the repair was completed promptly. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shipped my computer from Australia to Japan and when it got here it wouldn’t turn on. The PSU was brand new and should have been able to work with the lower voltage here but it didn’t. The experts at this store were able to identify this fault with their diagnostics test and replaced it with a brand new affordable one. Also I don’t speak any Japanese but they made every effort to communicate with me using google translate. Highly recommended and friendly service!!
