★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家族のこれまで撮りためた写真データの入ったHDDがクラッシュしてしまい、一度他社に持ち込んだものの、データ復旧が出来ない上に検査料だけきっちり取られて途方にくれていたが、、、ダメ元で2社目、特急データ復旧に依頼したところ、無事にデータの復旧が叶って本当に助かりました。担当者の対応も柔軟で好感を持てました。

HDD内のデータが部分的に消えてしまいました。以前にもWingGet社の
データ復旧サービスを利用した経緯もあり、今回も藁にもすがる思いで
HDD復旧を依頼いたしました。結果、全てのデータを復旧することは出来
ませんでしたが、迅速かつ丁寧なご対応をしていただき、大変満足のいく

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Synology の４０テラバイト容量のNASを組んで、データを保存していたところ、複数のハードドライブが不具合を起こし、データを復元できなかったものを、復旧していただきました。初めから、とても誠実に対応していただき、復旧できた場合、一部のみ復旧できる場合、万一復旧できない場合など、ケースごとの説明や、リスクについての説明も丁寧で、信頼が持てました。また、初期診断も迅速に行っていただきました。最終的に、４０テラバイト全てを完全に復旧していただくことができ、大変助かりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事で使用している外付けHDDを不用意に倒してしまい、認識しなくなってしまいました。近日中に提出しなければいけないデータをまとめていたところで、非常に困ってネットで検索し、ウィンゲットさんに相談しました。事情を説明したところ、特急対応ということで当日中に来ていただけることとなり、その場で復旧できることが分かり、復旧をお願いしました。物理的な故障ということで、一部のデータは失われてしまいましたが、重要な部分がほぼ復旧でき満足しております。バックアップも取ってはいましたが、直近で入力した最重要のデータなどがバックアップできておらず、自分で行うバックアップの限界を感じました。自動で２重バックアップできるサービスもご紹介いただき、二度と同じ思いをしたくない為、そちらも合わせてお願いしました。今回は、本当に助けていただき感謝しております。

早速確認をすると異常の警告灯が点滅，パソコンからのアクセスも出来ず強制終了。（メーカーの指示とおり）
結果，最悪の事態となり ”特急データ復旧 下京区 ウィンゲット”さんにデータ復旧を依頼することにしました。
電話とメールで何度も連絡を取り修復を依頼。
救出されたデータは外付けHDDにコピーをして頂き弊社の元へ。
全てのデータが救済されておりとても助かりました。
一時的な格納場所のつもりでもバックアップは必ず取るようにと肝に銘じております。
