I was in trouble because I couldn't take out important photos of my family trip memories taken with a digital camera due to a computer malfunction. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前パソコンの買取をしてもらった経緯があったので、亀幸さんならと思い、電話しました。
ただ、対応は酷かったです。
私も下の方と同じく、少し説明しただけでSSDだとデータ復旧出来ないと言われました。
事情を話しましたが、おそらくちゃんと聞く耳を持ってもらえてなかったと思います。
当方フリーソフトでデータ自体の復旧は全て出来ていましたが、そこから一つ一つ添削するには膨大な量だったので、依頼させていただこうかと思いました。しかし、データ復旧自体が難しいとの回答で、素人でもフリーソフトを使用して復旧自体はできていることなのに、それ以上話しても無駄だと思い電話を切りました。電話口の方の対応も悪いし、他の業者さんも色々ある中で、無理に説明して聞いてもらう話でもないので、他に依頼しました。
下の方の返信にありましたが、忙しかったり車を運転していたりなどという事情はどの商売をしていても同じですし、言い訳にはなりません。
二度と利用しません。
I had a history of buying a computer before, so I thought it would be Mr. Kameyuki and called.

Like the one below, I was told that I couldn't recover data with SSD with just a little explanation.
I talked about the situation, but I think I probably didn't have the ears to listen properly.
I was able to recover all the data itself with my free software, but it was a huge amount to correct each one from there, so I thought I would ask for it. However, he answered that it would be difficult to recover the data, and even though an amateur could recover it using free software, he hung up because he thought it was useless to talk any further. The person on the phone did not respond well, and while there were various other vendors, it was not a story that I was forced to explain and listen to, so I asked for another.
As I mentioned in the reply below, the circumstances such as being busy or driving a car are the same regardless of the business, and there is no excuse.
I will never use it again.

読み込まなくなってから、データが消えてしまったのではないかと不安にもなっていました。そのような中、対応も丁寧にしていただき、細かい進展状況もメールあるいは電話でお伝えしていただきました。そのようなことから、不安感も次第に亀幸さんへの信頼へと変化していきました。
無事に復旧し、データも損傷なくとても感動いたしました。
もし周囲の知人などが同じ状況に陥った際には、是非とも亀幸さんを強く推したいと考えております！
The external HDD that stored the data used for my work suddenly stopped reading, and I called Mr. Kameyuki directly. The diagnosis was "moderate physical disorder".
I was worried that the data would have disappeared since it stopped loading. Under such circumstances, we asked them to respond politely and inform us of the detailed progress by e-mail or telephone. As a result, my anxiety gradually changed to trust in Mr. Kameyuki.
It was restored safely and I was very impressed with the data without any damage.
If acquaintances around me fall into the same situation, I would definitely recommend Kameyuki-san!

It took less than an hour and a half to recover 8G USB data. Most of the data remained, which was very helpful. I was also pleased with the method of organizing the data and the consideration given to the restoration in several ways. Thank you ?♀️?♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自宅のノートパソコンが黒い画面で起動不能状態に。スマホで調べながら自分で修復を試みたものの全く立ち上がらず、藁にもすがる思いでこちらに持ち込みさせて頂きました。
結果、即座に対応して頂けて、翌日には修理が完了して受け取ることができました。
以前から不調だったので買い替えを検討していたパソコンは、ＳＳＤに入れ替えてもらったおかげで別物のように動きが良くなり（買い替えるよりずっと安上がりに済みました）、また撮りためた子どもの写真など大切なデータがたくさん入っていたのですが、それらも全て無事に救出してもらえて本当に助かりました。
また何かあればぜひお願いしたいと思います。ありがとうございました…！
My laptop at home has a black screen and is in an unbootable state. I tried to repair it myself while checking it with my smartphone, but it didn't stand up at all, and I brought it here with the thought of clinging to the straw.

The computer I was considering replacing because I had been in trouble for a long time became better like a different one (it was much cheaper than replacing it) thanks to the replacement with SSD, and the pictures of the children I took again etc. I had a lot of important data in it, but it was really helpful to have all of them rescued safely.
