★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2018年12月23日にイヤリングとネックレスを購入。ネットのギフトセットにピアスとネックレスで同じデザインがあり、そのセットの方が4000円ほど安かった。ピアスでも良かったのに何故言ってくれなかったのか。電話で返品したい旨を伝えると「上の者に確認する」と切れる。散々時間がかかりもう嫌になったので諦める。23日に購入して25日に電話していてクーリングオフの有効期限内なのに何故早急に対応できないのか。ブランドが好きなのにスタッフのせいでイメージが悪くなった。次回からは異なる店舗で購入する。
Purchased earrings and necklace on December 23, 2018. The net gift set had the same design for earrings and necklace, and that set was about 4000 yen cheaper. Why didn't you tell me even though the earrings were fine? If you tell us that you want to return it by phone, it will expire as "Confirm with the person above". It took a long time and I didn't like it anymore, so I gave up. I bought it on the 23rd and called on the 25th, and why can't I respond immediately even though the cooling-off period has not expired? I like the brand, but the staff made my image worse. From the next time, I will purchase at a different store.
