そごう大宮店に何度か１人で来店させてもらっていて、二人で見に行くのに西武池袋店の方が指輪巡りするのに都合がよく、店舗によって在庫の有無もありましたが来店したときに笑顔で迎え入れて下さり、大宮店との連携もしっかり取れていて案内もスムーズでした。
予約していくから、何時間も拘束されるかな？と思ったけど事前に１時間くらいしか居られないと伝えていたら、無理に引き留められることもなく気分よく帰ることが出来ました。
２店舗しか見てませんが、ハイブランドも含め、色々見たブランドの中でチャーミーは笑顔で安心感のある接客で一番良いと感じました。
知識はもちろん、製品へのこだわりもあり、ファッションジュエリーとして楽しむだけじゃなく、マリッジリング、エンゲージリングの検討をするのに１度見ても良いブランドだと思います。
