★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The products are high quality across board here and it's a department store so you'll see just about every household item here. A good choice for things like stationary if you are looking at a slightly higher budget and bigger range than a ¥100 shop like Daiso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big loft shop, over 4 floors. Stuff sold is good quality, lots of variety and prices aren't as expensive as they could be. Staff is helpful and friendly, you can try the sofas, all needed information about a product is readily available at a glance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection of men's bag and wallets. I bought some items that I only saw in Loft ( esp. Leather wallet) also happy to see pretty pop up cards and pretty journals. Cashier stand is Northamerican style...one line up leads to all the cashier. Toilet is just as perfect .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LOFT is basically heaven if you enjoy stationery. I found the service to be exceptional with just my handful of Japanese words and some gestures to get my requests across.
My only complaint is that it's easy to spend hundreds of dollars because you want to buy everything.
For the other reviewer who complained the staff can't speak English, why the heck would you expect them to? That's some next level entitlement. When you visit a foreign country make a little effort and learn a few phrases. Or download Google Translate on your phone, speak English into it, let it speak Japanese for you. (It's free, you lazy blob.)

I tried to buy fountain pens and the staff cannot speak English fluently.
Takes credit card. Has free wifi.
