季節柄、前菜の彩りの華やかさには欠けますが、子持鮎の骨まで柔らかい食感など、下処理の行届いた丁寧な日本料理の数々は
和食が苦手な人にこそ召し上がって頂きたい、素朴な味わいと現代的な見栄えの日本料理でした。
そしてコンテンポラリーな内装と、人当たりの良い給仕の方々の迅速かつ穏やかな接客、所作の一つ一つが白眉です。

定員の接客はいまいち。
値段の割りに、感動も驚きもない。
日曜のお昼時だが、並んでいなかったので、やや高めだが、こちらの店をチョイス。
すぐに、何組かお会計して出たので、呼ばれると思いきや、全然呼ばれず。。。
店内がガラガラなのに、席に案内されず。
20分以上何もなかったので、声をかけると、忘れていたかのようだった。
懐石料理のコースは丁寧な接客が聞こえて来るが、他の客は料理の説明もなく、メニューも月変りのため、詳しい内容はないが、定員の説明はない。
写真は、一汁三菜御膳。2200円
再訪はない店だと思った。

飽きずに食べられます。店員さんは皆さん素晴らしい接客です。今日は七草粥付きでした。
ゆっくり食事を楽しめました。

半個室の予約でしたが、当日空いていたとのことで個室に通していただきました。
サラダのドレッシングが今のおすすめでイチゴのソースとのことで恐る恐る頼みましたが、酸味も聞いていて美味しかったです。
たけのこご飯はお代わりＯＫでした！
また、機会があれば伺いたいと思います。

It was reservation of half private room, but had you go to private room that it was vacant on the day.
Dressing of salad was recommended now and asked with fear of source of strawberry, but asked sour taste and was delicious.
Takeko rice was your choice!

席は広いです。

店内は明るく、個室もきれいで、空間も広々していました。
但し、食事の注文にはいちいち声を出して呼ばなければならないので、ブザーを置いてあった方がいいですね。おそらく、オーナーの考えでうちの店にはブザーは合わないと…置いてないと思いますが、それこそお客さんの立場に立てってないように考えます。概ね、店員さんは愛想よくされてましたが、このようなお店では、若干の会話術を勉強された方がリピートにつながるのではないでしょうか？
料理は、特別美味しいとは感じませんが、値段なりではないでしょうか。
ソフトドリンク類が充実してたのが良かったです。値段は高かったですが…

The inside of the store was bright, the private rooms were clean, and the space was spacious.
However, it is better to have a buzzer because you have to call out every time you order a meal. Perhaps the owner thinks that the buzzer doesn't fit in our store ... I don't think it's there, but I don't think it's in the customer's shoes. Generally, the clerk was friendly, but in such a store, it seems that learning some conversation skills will lead to repeat.
I don't think the food is particularly delicious, but I think it's priced.
It was good that soft drinks were enriched. The price was high, but ...
