普通のスーパーにない商品が揃っていて面白いです。野菜や果物も産地を選ぶことができ、同じB2フロアで隣接する西武食品館やTOMIZと併せれば食品・飲料はほぼ何でも揃います。
利用者として気を付けたほうが良いのは、野菜などで「おつとめ品」が販売されている場合です。賞味期限が近い少量の品がおつとめ品扱いとなっている場合は特に問題ないのですが、まだまだ新鮮な野菜が大量におつとめ品扱いで割安販売されている場合は明らかに問題ありの商品の可能性が高いです。過去にナメコのおつとめ品を買った際はぷるぷる部分がやたらと酸っぱくなっており、カブのおつとめ品を買った際は「す」（穴）があきまくってスカスカでした。
毎月25日前後になると翌月のカレンダーが無料配布され、この裏面が翌々月に使える10%引きクーポンになっています。ただし購入額全外が10%引きになるわけではなく、購入商品の中で最も高額、かつ、既に割引されていないものが一品だけ10%引きになります。この点も注意して下さい。
写真のとおり、オードブル類が揃っているのは酒飲みとしては助かります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 町のスーパーに比べるとかなりお高いけど、生鮮食品は新鮮だと思います。西武の中にあるのでセブンのプライベートブランドが買えるのがいいです。夕方近くになるとレジが大行列！

お惣菜はお値段の割には味はまぁまぁ。種類少なめ。でも半額の時間帯はお惣菜コーナーは人が群がり、殺気立ちます。そこは普通のスーパーと変わらないです。
駅弁コーナーがあり、そこそこ有名な物は売ってます。
クラフトビール、ワイン、チーズは種類が多め。
特にすっごい高級スーパーって感じではないので(お高い物も売ってますけど)インスタントラーメンとか、レトルトカレーとかは庶民価格の物はないです。
