★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自分の誕生日プレゼントにバレエシューズを購入しました。誕生日なんですと伝えたら、スタッフさんがグラスシャンパンを用意してくれました。シャネルの中では価格帯の安い物になりますが、とても丁寧な対応をして下さいました。さすがシャネル。滅多に訪れる事はありませんが、目の保養をさせて頂きました。

凄く喜んでもらえました。担当してくれた女性スタッフさんが親身になって物を選んでくれ、最後には「お客様にもきっと良い人が見つかりますよ」という暖かいお言葉まで頂けました。世界的なブランドショップは、商品だけではなく、やはりスタッフさんも一流なのだな、と思いました。 ありがとうございました。（╹◡╹）

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 娘に就職祝いの財布を探しにCHANELさんに行きましたがコロナで入場制限されており、私の前に待っているお客様がいらっしゃったらしくその次のご案内になります…とのこと
入り口で検温、消毒をして下さいと言われ検温、消毒をしました。
しかし常連のお客様には消毒のお願いなどしていなかったことに驚きました！
スタッフによって対応が悪いと思いました。
今までCHANELの財布や鞄を購入するときは西武さんにお世話になっておりましたが、スタッフさんの対応があまり良くないので今後は違う店舗で購入しようと思いました。
買い物するなら対応の良いスタッフさんから購入したいので…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員さんが商品を手に取る際には、白い布の手袋をつけてほしいです。特に、バッグの中を開けて中の状態を客に見せる際などです。せっかくの商品が、目の前で店員さんによって手汗や油や指紋がついてしまうのでは、残念な気持ちになります。接客は親切丁寧で良かったです。

5組ほど並んでいました。少々(10分？)待って案内されました。わりかしスムーズじゃないでしょうか。
席に通されてから目的・予算など聞かれ商品案内してくれました。しかし、プレゼント目的でお目当ても決めていきましたので、あれ探しに来ましたと伝えたところ案内不要と察してくれてサクッと買い物を終えました。
忙しい中、丁寧・親切で好印象でした。
プレゼントどうしようと悩んだときには聞いてみようと思いました。

お買い物にいい日だったようで結構混んでいて店員さんも忙しそうでしたが接客は丁寧でした。
