あ	あしゅみな on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駅前のビルに広島焼き屋がたくさん入ってます。呼び込みの勢いに負けてこの店へ（笑）山芋焼きかそば玉か迷ったけど、一元なのでオーソドックスに。そば玉ダブル、麺は細麺だけど軽く火を通してあるだけでパリパリ焼いているという感じでではなかったです。これだとダブルにせずに普通のそば玉にした方が良いかも？あっさりとした味ですがソースが甘いので、何か口直しに辛いものが欲しいですね。チョリソーとかがあったら頼んだと思います。牡蠣はアタルので頼まなかったのですが、置いてある店は多いですね〜広島焼きの王道だと入っているのでしょうか？常連さんたちはカープファンが多いようでしたので、阪神ファンとかダイエーファンというとシバかれそうです（笑）ご馳走様でした。今度はお隣の店も全部制覇してみたいです。 There are many Hiroshima roast shops in the building in front of the station. I lost the momentum of the barker and went to this store (laughs) I was wondering whether it was yam grilled or soba balls, but since it is unified, it is orthodox. Soba ball double, the noodles are thin noodles, but it wasn't like they were baked crispy just by being lightly cooked. If this is the case, it may be better to use ordinary buckwheat noodles instead of double. It has a light taste, but the sauce is sweet, so I'd like something spicy to taste. I think I asked if there was a chorizo. I didn't ask for oysters because they are ataru, but there are many stores that have them ~ Is it included as the royal road of Hiroshima-yaki? The regulars seemed to have a lot of Carp fans, so it seems that Hanshin fans and Daiei fans will be shivered (laughs). It was a treat. Next time, I want to conquer all the stores next door.
か	かずさや on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 旅行中のため、テイクアウトで利用しました。ボリュームたっぷりでうどんの入ったのは初めて食べました。とても美味しかったです。容器にも可愛くイラストを入れてくれて、疲れも癒されました。また広島を訪れた時は違うメニューも試したいです。 I used it for takeout because I was traveling. I ate it for the first time with plenty of udon. It was very delicious. The cute illustrations were put in the container, and my tiredness was healed. I also want to try a different menu when I visit Hiroshima.

I wonder if it can be said for Hiroshima-yaki in general. About 800 yen for pork soba. When it becomes a strange species, it easily exceeds 1000 yen. I don't think it's the price of powdered mon.

I had half an Okonomiyaki and it was enough for me. One gets to watch how they cook it, which is very skillful and entertaining. Defo a must in Japan if you want to try something different.

It is an entire floor of okonomoyaki shops. i was actually finding another stall name. Before chancing upon the above shop. The staff were friendly and always welcoming. They have an english menu for the main okonomoyaki dishes which is great. The staff seemed to have regulars. It was a great experience watching them fry out an okonomoyaki for you. The noodles was great. I tried to fit in another side of potato cheese despite already feeling stuffed. Overall had a pleasant experience dining here.
