女性一人でも入りやすい店構えで、カウンター席もゆったりしています。
お店のスタッフさんも元気が良く、愛想も良いです。
１番人気の炙りネギマヨ食べました(*^^*)
これがめちゃくちゃ美味しかった！
いろいろトッピングも付けれたみたいで、付ければ良かった。
また食べに行こうと思います(*^^*)

ekie2階の入口からすぐにある、広島トップ規模の有名店。
メニューは広島つけ麺をはじめ、汁なし担々麺やラーメンなど麺類がメイン。
席はお一人様から複数まで対応できるが、1グループは4人くらいまでが限界か。
昼間はサラリーマンもよく集まる。提供時間は混んでいてもおよそ10分ほどなので、手早く食べられる。
麺は中細の白麺。トッピングはネギがやや多め。
キャベツはぶ厚くて固めである。
タレはあっさり系のサッパリタイプ。鰹の風味がとても強いが、少々塩辛くて酢がくどい。そのため一口目の旨さからどんどん飽きてくるので、麺の量は少なめにするのがおすすめ。
追い飯するのには十分すぎる量のタレだが、個人的には多すぎると思う。
辛さもゴマも後から足せる。卓上にあり、好きに使えるのがいい。
これだけのチェーン規模で味を守り、値段も安めに設定されているし、王道かつオーソドックスなので、特にビギナーでも挑戦しやすい気軽なお店である。
また、ekieの中にあるので、様々なキャッシュレス決済に対応しているのはありがたい。

Office workers often gather in the daytime. Even if it is crowded, it will be served for about 10 minutes, so you can eat it quickly.
The noodles are medium-thin white noodles. The toppings are a little more green onions.
The cabbage is thick and firm.
The sauce is a light and refreshing type. The flavor of bonito is very strong, but it is a little salty and vinegar is awkward. Therefore, you will get tired of the taste of the first bite, so it is recommended to use a small amount of noodles.
It's more than enough sauce to catch up with rice, but I personally think it's too much.
You can add spiciness and sesame seeds later. It's on the table and you can use it as you like.
With such a chain scale, the taste is preserved, the price is set low, and since it is a royal road and orthodox, it is a casual shop that is easy to challenge even for beginners.

今日はJR広島駅ビルのエキエにある広島乃風 広島駅エキエ店さんにおじゃましました。
定番の広島お好み焼き 肉玉そば 859円とついでにチー坊 こだわりレモンサワー 450円をオーダー。
色々行ってみると広島お好み焼きの定番といっても各店舗で微妙に味や食感が違うのがわかってきたかも。こちらは焼きそばをパリッとさせてるのが特徴かな。
ごちそうさまでした。

ばくだんセット(半熟卵＋むすび)を添えて。
スープは醤油のキレがバツグンの醤油スープ。麺は中細ストレート麺。トリミングカスを連想させるチャーシュー。ヒゲもやしが10本くらい。ネギ少々。今回食べて感じたのが、つけ麺の醤油ダレを温めて、麺をふつうに茹でれば、黒中華になるのでは？
卓上のゴマで味変を試みるが、醤油が強くゴマの風味が負ける。特製辛ダレを試すが、これも醤油が強く風味が出ない。かつ、特製辛ダレの油がしつこく残る。麺は美味い?スープも醤油のキレとコクを感じられるので嫌いじゃない。雑な仕事(ビジュアル)でなければ、もっと美味しく頂けるのに。残念。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 醤油が好きな私としてはスープはとても好きな味でした。カキフライはセットで頼もうとしたら「ご飯がないので」と通常のカキフライ766円を勧められましたが、ランチでそこまで出すのもなと諦めました。冷静に考えればご飯なくても385円でセットのカキフライ頼めば良かったと後悔。
ラー油は思っているよりも辛みがあり美味しかったです。
4点のところでしたが、ご飯がランチの時に無いこと、カキフライを上手く勧めてくれなかったことで3点でした。

昔広島にするんでる時は良く本店に行かせて頂いてました。
ここは定番つけ麺
スープはごまだれで辛さは10倍
トッピングに半熟たまごに、キャベツ！
このキャベツがまた食べたくなるんですよね。
10倍の辛さはあまり感じられず
初級編と言ったところ
この後打合せがなければもっと上にいってました笑
しっかり冷水で締められた麺を
ごまだれの中にダイブ！
ズルッと、腰のある麺に甘いごまだれ
後からくる辛さ、これがたまらん！
次にキャベツ！
キャベツの甘みがこの辛味によって増され
とっても美味しいです！
でも、いつも思うのがなんでこんなにキャベツ
一枚一枚がデカいんだ？
もう少し小さくしてくれた方が好きかもです。
