た	たなつぺ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事で広島駅近くのホテルに泊まり一番近いお好み焼き店を探したらこちらに辿り着きました。広島は学生時代以来でほぼ初見ですね。お店は駅前の大型デパートの11階レストラン街にあります。一人だったのでカウンターに座り,よく分からないので店主におすすめを相談し注文しました。とても親切に優しく教えてくれて助かりました。写真を撮るときにインスタ映えする方法まで助言してくれて感謝感謝です。広島の人って人情味があって良いかも。そして目の前の鉄板で焼いてくれます。手捌きが見事で見とれます。私が知る広島風のお好み焼きとは少し違ってました。私の認識ではキャベツや卵焼きに焼きそばを入れる感じでしたが,こちらでは茹でたそばに軽く味付し炒めて加えてました。それが焼きそばが主張し過ぎなくて良いのです。とにかく本場のお好み焼きはめちゃくちゃ熱々で美味しかったです。いろいろ食べ歩いて自分も家で作ってみたくなりますね。 When I stayed at a hotel near Hiroshima Station for work and searched for the nearest okonomiyaki restaurant, I arrived here.
