★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私が訪れたときは最大で9席しかなく直ぐに埋まってしまいます。ご夫婦でやっているよう。満席のせいもありお好み焼きが出来上がるのに少々時間かかった印象でしたがそんなに気にならず。
上にのった卵の味はしっかりきいているし、麺はパリパリと歯ごたえあり美味しかったです！ビールはグラスごとキンキンに冷やして出してくれます。
When I visit there are only 9 seats at the maximum and they will be filled up quickly. It looks like a couple is doing it. It was a feeling of fullness and it took a little time to finish okonomiyaki, but it didn't bother me that much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高架下で夫婦で営む小さな店舗。カウンター席のみの8席ほど。肉玉そばで600円！多めのキャベツにもやし入りのお好み焼き。麺もパリっと焼いていて美味しい！じっくりと焼きあげながら丁寧に作っています。おでんもあり。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夫婦でやってる土着のお好み焼き屋さん。奥さんはスポーツの話がよく通じ、野球は広島カープや阪神とかだと盛り上がるみたいです。
バレーボールやサッカーも分かるようです。店があるから仕方なくテレビ観戦ですが、本当はスタンド観戦したいと言ってました。
お好み焼きは海鮮スペシャル(１２００円)を注文、そばをつけて+１００円です。もちろん広島風のお好み焼きで、とても美味しかったです。ソースはドロっとした濃い味タイプ。ビールががよく進みます。
地元客がベースとしていますが、場所が駅やホテルから近いせいか、旅行客も多いです。カウンターの１０席に満たない小さな店ですが、ひっきりなしに客が入ってきます。活気にあふれてます。
深酒するというよりは、ちょっと寄って二、三杯みたいな飲み方が似合うお店だと思います。焼きそばやおでん、野菜炒め、牡蠣焼き他、メニューに載ってなさそうなものの注文も聞こえていましたので、頼んで出来そうな物は何でも作ってくれそうです。（そこは奥さんの胸三寸次第）
気軽に行きやすい店なので、また行きたいと思います。

Although it is based on local customers, there are many tourists because the location is close to the station and the hotel. Although it is a small shop with less than 10 seats at the counter, customers come in constantly. It is full of vitality.
Rather than having a deep drink, I think it's a restaurant that suits people like drinking a few cups. I heard orders for fried noodles, oden, stir-fried vegetables, oysters, and anything else that wouldn't appear on the menu, so it seems that they can make whatever they can. (It depends on your wife's breast size)
I want to go again because it is an easy-to-go shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great local eatery to grab some authentic Hiroshima-style Okonomiyaki. The shop feels very cozy and the couple running it are some of the genuinely nicest people you could possible meet. Also, the Okonomiyaki tastes delicious and is surprisingly affordable compared to most other spots in town (500¥ for Basic, 600¥ for the Udon/Soba variants, plus tax).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant owners are husband and wife and are really wonderful and kind. It will probably help if you can speak some Japanese ( no menu in English) but if you know what you want ( or just want the standard Hiroshima style options, which I had - soba pork egg) you should be fine. The food was delicious and the hosts are very welcoming. If you are looking for a great okonomiyaki spot this is a great choice and not far from the train station.
