★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対向式ホーム2面2線の駅。カーブの中にホームがある。乗っていた下りの特急ひだが普通列車と交換した。
Opposite platform 2 side 2 line station. There is a home in the curve. I exchanged it with a regular train, but a limited express train that I was riding.

自転車置場は一応あるみたいですが、通勤通学者専用(?)との看板があり一般の利用は出来ないみたいです。
There is a public toilet.
There seems to be a bicycle storage area, but there is a sign saying that it is only for commuting (?), So it seems that it can not be used for general use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 此の駅も飛騨金山駅方向に福来信号場、下呂駅方向に少ヶ野信号場を合わせ持つ列車交換が出来る無人駅。
駅から橋を渡り国道を南へ２〜３キロ程行くと、撮り鉄ファン絶賛の列車が水面すれすれを走る風景写真で有名な下原ダム湖で堰き止められた飛騨川の風景になります。
This station is also an unmanned station where you can exchange trains with the Fukurai signal field in the direction of Hida-Kanayama station and the Shogano signal field in the direction of Shimoro station.
If you cross the bridge from the station and go south on the national highway for about 2 to 3 km, you will see the scenery of the Hida River, which is blocked by the Shimohara Dam Lake, which is famous for its landscape photographs of trains acclaimed by photographers running near the surface of the water.

Idyllic unmanned station. There are no ticket machines or station notes. There is a small toilet. The surroundings are private houses and nature.
