★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2013年頃、店頭でレンズのカビ取り見積もりをお願いしました。1時間ほど待たされて修理できないという結果になりました。それは納得できますが、分解された部品を逆さまに組み立てられ、さらなる不具合を引き起こされました。結局素人の自分で組み立て直しましたが、お願いしてとても残念な気持ちになりました。
Around 2013, I asked for a mold removal quote for lenses at the store. The result was that I had to wait for about an hour and couldn't repair it. That's convincing, but the disassembled parts were assembled upside down, causing further glitches. After all, I reassembled it myself as an amateur, but I was very disappointed when I asked for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ インターネット検索で見つけて、レンズと外装クリーニングをお願いしました。カメラを使う頻度が高い為、希望の返送日まで日が無かったのですが、快く引き受けてくださいました。素早く丁寧な対応でとても有難かったので、機会があればまたお願いしたいと思います。
I found it by searching the internet and asked for lens and exterior cleaning. Due to the high frequency of using the camera, there was no day until the desired return date, but I was happy to accept it. 当初の予定の4ヶ月を過ぎても連絡無く、店頭に確認しに伺ったら「ちょうど今から手掛ける所です。」と10日程掛かるとの事で待てど、連絡無し。
12日目に再度、TELにて確認すると「今日、TELしようと…」の返答。
その場で振り込み手続きすませ、翌日、受け取り確認するとシャッターダイヤルの1/2000とAマークの所でロックが掛かる？ 他のF3で確認したら、通常はAとXマークでロックが掛かる様で…(コレ初歩的なミス？)
TELにて連絡させて貰い、川崎まで持ち込む流れと成りました。流石に…流石に…どぉなの？
芸能人とライカが好きなのでしょうか？
当方、葛飾区から高速道路使って伺ってます。
