★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ノジマさんで、まず、トースターを買いました。売り場に古いのを引き取りしてくださるとあったので、持っていきました。1週間後に、電子レンジと、ポットかいたく、重いものなので、これも引き取りしてもらえるか？確認のお電話したら、オペレーターさんにつながり、引き取りは、モバイル会員様だけと、売り場では、そのまま引き取りしてくれたので、売り場に繋げてもらおうとしたら、してもらえず、在庫も確認はしてくれましたが、お取り置きはないので、行ってあるかは、わからないと。かなベイ使えるものは、確認して、折り返しと。売り場には、繋げてもらえませんか？と3回聞いたけどダメでした。なんか、問い合わせしなければよかったと思いました。売り場の方は、親切な対応でした。、

他の電気屋さんは携帯事業者の方が沢山いてどのキャリアにしたら良いかも分かりませんが、ノジマは自社店員が説明してくれるので、比較ができて良かったです。担当も良くサービスを知っていて楽に引っ越せました。

欲しかった家電が格安になっていたので購入を決めました。担当してくれた店員さんがとても詳しいし話が早い。何を聞いてもすぐ答えてくれて頼りになる。色々な家電量販店を回りましたが価格、知識、品揃え、サービス全てに大満足のお買い物ができました！

I decided to buy the home appliances I wanted because they were cheap. The clerk in charge is very detailed and quick to talk. No matter what you ask, they will answer immediately and you can count on them. I went to various home electronics mass retailers, but I was very satisfied with the price, knowledge, product lineup, and service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 引っ越しを機に洗濯機を検討し、来店しました。初回はイメージの良かった日立の説明を受け検討のため帰りました。決算期の為もう一度話を聴きに来店したところ、初回の店員さんよりとても詳しく三大大手メーカーの特徴の違いやメリットデメリットを細かく教えて頂き、パナソニックに決めました。とてもお買い得感のある買い物が出来ました。ありがとうございました。早速品物も届き、とても快適にパートナーもウキウキで洗濯をしてくれています。

I considered a washing machine when I moved and came to the store. For the first time, I returned for consideration after receiving an explanation from Hitachi, which had a good image. When I visited the store again to listen to the story because of the fiscal year end, I decided to go to Panasonic after telling me in detail the differences in characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of the three major manufacturers in much more detail than the first clerk.
