購入前に、何ヶ所か家電量販店に見に行きましたが、店員の対応はノジマさんが、一番良かったです。
かながわペイが使うつもりが、楽天ペイが使えないことが分かり、急遽d払いに変えることにするも、設定が上手く行かず時間を費やしてしまいましたが、担当さんには粘り強くお付き合い頂きました。
尚、前日にも別の担当さんと話をしましたが、当時液晶と有機ELで迷ってた所を、丁寧に説明していただきましたので、メーカー派遣の多い他の量販店との違いはありました。
また、家電買うときは、寄らせていただきます。

昨日1/13応対してくれた店員さん(女性Mさん)の接客はとても良かったですが、年末12/26の店員(男性M)は、店内各所に「さらに値引き可能」のpopが置いてあるので「値引きできるの？」と聞いたところ、突然態度が豹変。「メーカー(パナ)からこの値段で売れと言われている。他に安い店があればそっちで買えば！」と喧嘩腰で対応されて驚きました。すぐに必要なものだったので買いましたが気分悪かったですね。
この店で買い物をする時は、店員を選ぶことが重要です。

新人の男性スタッフの方で案内ミスなどありましたが、先輩の女性スタッフの方がしっかりフォローしてくれて気持ち良く買い物させて頂きました。
案内ミスがあったときは不誠実なお店だと思いましたが、ミスを挽回する丁寧な対応をして頂きました。
もう１台携帯電話の買い換えを考えているので、また利用させて頂きます。
終わりよければ全て良しです。
1/28追記です。
新人男性スタッフの方も一生懸命説明してくれました。
自分のミスを言い訳や嘘をつくことなく認めて謝罪してくれました。
不快だった気持ちから、好感に変わりました。
携帯電話は家電製品と違って契約がともないますし、覚えることもたくさんあって大変だと思いますが、頑張って一人前になるのを応援してます！

我が家の通信費は家族4人で、毎月約4万円。何とかしようとこれまで訪れたのは、契約携帯電話会社。そこが大きな間違いでした。契約見直しで料金プランを変更しても、目に見える大きな変化なし。試しにかなりお安いUQモバイルに夫が乗り換えしたら、何と通話料金だけで6000円も追加され、かえって高くつきました！「メーカー販売員ではない、中立な立場でアドバイス」できる存在は、医療で言うところの「セカンドオピニオン」に匹敵します。否、それ以上に親身なアドバイザーといえるでしょう。Tさんの対応は礼儀正しく、温かみがあり、適切で、どんな難問も解決する知識があり、本当に頼もしく感じました。当日2時間近く相談に乗って頂きまして有難う御座いました。今後は、作戦通りのプロセスを踏んで、家族全員の契約を変更する予定です。また、大学生の娘が購入を検討していたIパッドも、Tさんご自身が使用されている物と同じ物に決めました。（ついでに、ネット購入でしか手に入らないペンシルホルダータイプのカバーも真似して購入）携帯料金見直しを本気でお考えの方は、ノジマに行かなければ、永遠に解決できませんよと、声を大にして言いたいです！
