★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スマホ購入で伺いました。商品の取り扱い数は少ないですが 絞ってあるという感じで ある程度購入したい物が決まっていたのでその点は問題ありませんでした。忙しい時間帯だったにも関わらず沢山の内容に丁寧に答えて頂きありがとうございました。お2人にご対応頂きましたが 2人共とても親切でした。ありがとうございました。立地もガーデンプレイス、ウェスティンホテルの側で ゆっくりと聞きながら見たい方向けのお店かなと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 恵比寿方面へのお引越しが迫り、追いかけられるような感じで過ごしていました。スケジュールがどんどん過密になり、新居で必要な家電も手早く整えたいと考え、多分一番近い電器店と思い、必要な家電製品を見せていただきました。入り口に立つと、店員さんたちがきをつけをして待機してくれます。
慣れない引越しもノジマさんたちのおかげで、だいぶ前に進めている感じがして来ました。お店をおたずねした時は二度とも雨降りでしたが、必要な品が明確になり、気持ちよく対応していただき本当にありがとうございました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とてもnobleでスタイリッシュなお店ですが、ノジマさんらしく品揃えとお値段は顧客優先な感じ。入店して少しふらりとすると、良いタイミングでこちらの目的を聞いてくれて、あとは在庫確認から関連用品の提案等、購入までしっかりサポートしてもらえました。
店員さんはどなたも感じがよく、気持ちよく買い物ができたひとときでした。

恵比寿にノジマがあるとは知らなかったので、もっともっと周りに口コミを広げていきたいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日はiPhone のご契約で大変お世話になりました。顧客を待たせないためにお手続きのお時間を会社共通のルールとしてご設定いただいたり（タイマーで）、他の家電量販店であるいらないオプションなどの余計な設定の勧めは一切なく、シンプルで心地よい接客でノジマはお客様目線の信頼がおける大変良いお店だと肌で実感いたしました。その節は大変お世話になりました。また利用したいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big box retailers generally wear me down with their incessant music and pushy crowds. This is a good alternative, which is generally trying to compete with Amazon head in. They don't carry lower tier stuff, as you're more likely to get it online anyway. But if you're looking for something pricier and want to get their paws on it first - the place is perfect.
The curated selection is good, the stuff is always available and no need to hunt them down, prices similar to any other place - so definitely an osusume. I got my Switch Lite here!
