★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022.1にソフトバンクからY!mobileに変更しました。こちらは6才の子供と一緒だったため、そちらにも気を遣わねばならず、説明していただいていても中断することもしばしば。でも担当してくれた女性スタッフは嫌な顔一つせず子供のことを気にかけながら丁寧に対応してくださいました。説明も分かりやすく、帰りがけには子供の分まで粗品を頂き、子供も大喜びでした。
I changed from Softbank to Y! Mobile in 2022.1. Since I was with a 6-year-old child, I had to be careful about that as well, and even if I had you explain it, I often interrupted it. However, the female staff in charge did not have a disgusting face and took care of the child and responded politely. The explanation was easy to understand, and on the way back, I received a little gift for the child, and the child was delighted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 冷蔵庫と洗濯機の買い替えでした。買って4日くらいで届き、すぐ設置が終わり良かったです。
洗濯機はドラム式乾燥洗濯機。嵩上げ台があった方がいい、掃除がし易くなると業者から聞いて、その場で現物を、配送業者が待ち合わせていたので購入しました。
前のドラム式洗濯機の時は嵩上げ台が無かったのですが排水管を床に這わすのに業者が苦労して時間がかかってました。
今回はすぐ設置が終わりました。
嵩上げ台のお陰で防水パンの掃除がし易くなったし、免震効果があるお陰か、洗濯機の脱水中、大きく揺れる事もなくなり、買って良かったです。
It was a replacement of the refrigerator and washing machine. It arrived in about 4 days after I bought it, and it was good that the installation was completed immediately.
The washing machine is a drum-type drying washing machine. I heard from the vendor that it would be better to have a raising table and it would be easier to clean, so I bought the actual product on the spot because the delivery vendor was waiting for me.
In the case of the previous drum-type washing machine, there was no raising table, but it took a lot of time for the contractor to crawl the drain pipe on the floor.
This time, the installation was completed immediately.
Thanks to the raising table, it became easier to clean the waterproof pan, and thanks to the seismic isolation effect, it did not shake significantly while the washing machine was dehydrated, so it was good to buy it.

しかしネットだと大型家電の容量や大きさなどのイメージが中々つかめず、各メーカーの特色の違いなども知りたかった為、実際に店舗に足を運ぶことにしました。
転居先から1番近い電気屋さんがこれから生活する上でお世話になるなと思い、こちらのノジマフォレオ四季の森店に伺いました。
今回担当してくださった丸尾さんの説明を受けて実際に見て納得できるものを選ぶ事ができました。
