おばんざいの店 和さび。
京都旅行で一度は訪れたいジャンル『おばんざい』のお店です。
『おばんざい』とは昔から京都の家庭で作られている和食惣菜のコトを指します。
京都風の薄味でヘルシーな惣菜『京都のおばんざい』は、
近年は京都のみならず、デパ地下や全国の飲食店でも人気があると思います。
カウンター席の上には大皿に盛られたおばんざいが並びます。
付き出しです。
なんと、しじみの味噌汁が出てまいりました。
こちらのお店では定番のようです。
赤だしではなく、京都風に白味噌なのも新鮮です。
洋風メニューも頂きました。。
地鶏のバジルチーズ焼き。
京都のエッセンスを味わいながら、居酒屋さんのように気楽に楽しめるお店でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 堀川通をはさんで向かい側の牛京さんがおばんざいのショップをスタート。揚げる前の衣がついたフライの素材や肉屋ならではの焼肉弁当などが買えます。ボリュームたっぷりの弁当に炊飯ジャーから盛り付けたあたたかい小ライスがついて500円は値打ちあり。小ライスといってもまあまあ量が多いです。味付けがかなり濃いのでできればもう少し考慮していただければと思います。
※しばらくしてなぜかこのページの情報がおばんざい和さびさんに書き換えられてました。。。ローカルガイドさん（かお店の方？）、作るなら自前で新しく作ってほしかったです。

お料理もどれも美味しい！チャーハン、稲庭うどん冷、うなぎ山椒煮、天使のエビ塩焼き、茄子煮、すじ煮凝り、とり天などがおすすめです！つぎは金華豚しゃぶしゃぶと、名物ニンニクすじ鍋をいただきたい！
