２日連続でランチを頂きました。
１日目、塩鯖定食。若干甘めの塩の効かせ方でしたが、良く脂がのって美味しい一品でした。小鉢も味噌汁もしっかりと出汁が取られていて素晴らしい。極めつけはご飯。ピカピカと光沢があり、お米の粒が経っています。非常に美味しい。
２日目には焼肉定食を頂きました。
コロナ禍の制限が解除され、夜のお酒を提供される営業を再開されたとのこと。こちらで料理と共にお酒を他のしみる時を期待していま。
