For sake, you can also use the Kyoto ones and be very satisfied. Whenever I come to Kyoto, I always ask them to stop by.

They serve local produce of Kyoto and it was super delicious. Each dish was so flavourful and I will never hate eggplant again. The food here is mostly vegetarian, however I think they make use of fish broth. I would really recommend this restaurant.
