B	BOCHI_BOCHI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 巻機山登山の際合わせて、地元の素材を使った食事を提供する宿という謳い文句に期待して宿泊する。夕食は、お酒飲みの方に合わせて一品ずつ一時間程かけて提供するとの事。山菜･地元野菜主体の料理はどれも日本酒との相性良く、飽きさせない。朝食も同じくここでしか食べられない素材を使っていて、登山客はこの朝食かおにぎりかのどちらかになるとの事だが、この朝食を是非とも食べる事をおすすめする。残念なのは、料理はこれほど手間暇をかけているのに、御飯が不味い。魚沼産コシヒカリを使用らしいが、特に夕食時の御飯は何時間前に炊いたのかと思えるほど、ニオイが付き、ベットリしていた。せっかくの米どころなのだから、炊きたて艶々粒がたった御飯が食べたかった。 Along with the Mt. It seems that Koshihikari from Uonuma is used, but the scent was so bad that it seemed like how many hours ago we cooked the rice for dinner. Since it's all about rice, I wanted to eat freshly cooked rice with glistening grains.
