★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is very polite and professional. They try to help you even though some don't speak English. Breakfast and dinner are great! This place is also very close to train station. We would definitely stay here next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ good location , less than 5 minutes walk from Yuzawa Train Station. room is big and cosy . Onsen water is good . meals are delicious . Dinner is set served in dining hall . Breakfast is buffet style also served in dining hall.
Manager and staffs are very helpful . It was raining and manager offered to drive us to the train station ! well recommended place to chill .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Japanese Style Onsen Hotel with proper decoration and nice atmosphere. Hotel offers a gorgeous dinner and serves buffet breakfast. Hotel Staff in general is warm and enthusiasm. They are willing to help and to fulfill your touring need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs are very friendly and helpful. If you come here for ski, the hotel has equipment rental and free shuttle bus to nearby resorts. There’s also laundry machine and free drinks. By the way, the dinner is very delicious.
