先代の頃から、通っています。先代は気難しく、料理評論家と大喧嘩しているところに出くわしたこともわります。息子さんが継いでどうなるかと心配しましたが、レベルは保てていると思います。本当にお勧めしたくなるお店です。白焼きもすごくおいしいですのでご賞味ください。

ビブグルマン掲載で気になっていたので土曜ランチ予約。丁寧に作られたうな丼セット自家製?お新香とお吸物付 3200円。 鰻ふっくら柔らか、タレも甘すぎず、ご飯もおいしい。唯一、お吸物が塩っぱ過ぎた。良いお店。また来たい。

⭐️以前から行きたかったこのお店にランチに訪店。予約がLINEで出来るので便利です。お店は黒っぽい外観のこじんまりした佇まい。荻窪駅から5分ぐらいです。 ⭐️一階は4名掛けのテーブル一つ、2階は座敷席が3テーブル?ぐらいでしょうか。予約して行かないと入れない可能性大です。テイクアウトの方もいらっしゃいました。実際お邪魔した日はお昼は予約で満員御礼。 ⭐️プレオーダーした鰻丼が来る前にまず、ホタルイカのお吸い物、小ぶりの豆腐、きゅうりと白菜の量やや多めの漬物が出てきます。 ⭐️まもなく鰻丼が登場。まずは山椒を振らずに頂くと、程よく焼き目がついた鰻の香りがしっかりしてる美味しい。川越方面の焼き目薄めのふわふわ柔らかとはちょっと違っていて、カリッとした外側とフワッとした中身と甘すぎす辛すぎずのタレと相まって大変美味しい。焼き方が絶妙、鰻の香りが素晴らしい絶品です。 ⭐️ホタルイカのお吸い物も初めてでしたが美味しかった。漬物がやや多めなのも嬉しい。豆腐もいい箸休めです。 結論として「また行きます!必ず」でした。
