Y	Yozo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 詳細評価4.0 荻窪にある中華料理のお店、潮州にやって来ました。円卓とテーブル席、半個室のあるお店です。それほど飾らない簡素な部類に入る雰囲気です。平日の20時に予約を入れて5名で伺いました。お店について注文をお願いしようとすると、最初に料理の説明をしてくれます。おすすめのメニューや、前菜などについて丁寧な説明をしてくれます。まずは生ビールで乾杯を頼み、潮州焼き餃子と特製海鮮XO醤を頼みました。生ビールはなめらかな泡と、クリアな喉越しでとても管理状態が良いことが分かります。乾杯をして早めに特製海鮮XO醤が運ばれてきました。最初は小さなお皿で提供されたので、お通しなのかな〜と思っていたけどお料理のようです。１人１つは注文した方が良いような料理ですけど、特製海鮮XO醤は食べる価値ありのかなりの絶品です。すぐに提供される激ウマ商品ですので、最初に頼むには打ってつけでしょう。ただ、あとで冷やし豆腐の香酢だれを頼んだら、豆腐の上に特製海鮮XO醤がのっていたので他のメニューで頼むのもいいかもしれません。中華屋さんにしては、ワインの品揃えが良いので白ワインをボトルで頼みました。 1本目はイタリアンの白で2本目はフランス産。いずれも飲み口の良い素晴らしいワインです。 3〜4000円台にしてはかなりの秀逸な品揃えでしょう。他の料理も、どれを食べても素晴らしい味わいです。デザートの自家製杏仁豆腐とセサミたっぷり胡麻プリンも絶品でした。コスパもかなり良く、本格的な中華を気軽に楽しめます。 Detailed rating 4.0 I came to Chaozhou, a Chinese restaurant in Ogikubo. After a toast, special seafood XO sauce was brought in early. At first it was served on a small plate, so I thought it would be a good idea but it looks like a dish. Each one is a dish that you would like to order, but the special seafood XO sauce is a great dish worth eating. Because it is a super horse product that is offered immediately, it will be perfect to order first. However, if you ask for a chilled tofu vinegar afterwards, it might be nice to ask another menu because the special seafood XO sauce was on top of the tofu. For a Chinese restaurant, I ordered white wine in a bottle because the wine selection was good. The first is Italian white and the second is French. All are great wines with good mouthfeel. It will be quite an excellent assortment for 3 to 4000 yen level. All other dishes have a great taste no matter what you eat. Dessert homemade almond tofu and sesame pudding with plenty of sesame were also exquisite. The cospa is quite good, and you can enjoy authentic Chinese food casually.
H	Hiroaki Kodaira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 【麻婆豆腐にしては旨すぎる】XO醬入り陳麻婆豆腐定食(1600円)を注文。「麻」というよりは「辣」寄りの見た目だが、花椒は感じる。が、それよりXO醬の旨味が強い。麻婆豆腐にしては旨すぎるほどに。実はこれは褒め言葉半分、残念半分。やっぱり麻婆豆腐は「麻」がしっかりしているものこそ至高だと思うのだ。そういう意味では、この麻婆豆腐は「麻」よりも「旨い」が上回ってしまっている。ただ旨いものは旨いので、たまに食べたい [Too delicious for mapo tofu] I ordered a Chen Mapo tofu set meal (1600 yen) with XO sauce.
