★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 職員の方、皆、親切でやさしい方ばかりです。プログラムの中で、特におすすめは、美術とストレッチです。ともに、専門の先生のもとに行うのですが、美術では、参加者は、皆、笑顔ですし、ストレッチは先生の人柄、教え方がよく、精神的、肉体的にも、とても気分転換、すっきりできます。自分もうつ病に苦しめられていますが、これらのプログラムなどで、かなり症状が改善しました。お医者さんに通うのも大事と思いますが、せっかく、このような良いプログラムが予約などなしで、無料で受講できますので、ぜひ、参加または、最初は見学でもされてみてはいかがでしょうか。
