さて、川岸を変えて飲もうと思ったが気になるお店が見当たらず、ジビエを食べられる此方のお店を訪問。開店からちょっと時間が経っているのに客がいないので少しビビりながら入店。懐かしい歌が流れている。取り敢えずレモンサワーとホッピー黒を注文。続けて料理を注文しようとしたら、ちょっと待ったと言われた。う~ん、タイミングが難しい。注文の許可が出たので鹿と猪とホロホロ鳥の串焼きを1本ずつ、ホタテの塩辛、鰻冷や奴を注文。ご主人は黙々と調理している。ちょっと頑固なのか偏屈なのか?ビクビクしながら料理を待つ。先付けは玉子豆腐。丁寧に焼かれた串焼きを食べてみると、当然の事ながら臭みも無く美味しい。以前食べたホロホロ鳥も普通の鶏肉みたいに美味しい。ホタテの塩辛は初めてだが、食感がザクザクしていて日本酒に合う。鰻冷や奴は絹ごしかと思ったが木綿豆腐だった。木綿豆腐の方が大豆の味が濃いからだろうか。調理した物全てが好みだったので、調子に乗って猪燻製を注文したら欠品だった。めげずに肝2本、短冊1本、スズメ1本、白焼きを注文。この頃からご主人の重い口が開き始めた。短冊は、七夕の短冊のような形からきているらしい。蒲焼きの原型とも言われている。白焼きにはわさび醤油か塩がオススメ。ホロホロ鳥は雉の仲間など、蘊蓄が次々に飛び出した。これがあの無口だったご主人か?と思うくらい豹変した。その後はあーだこーだ言いながらお酒も進む。2軒目なのでそうそうは食べられないので、お酒は2杯で終了。大変楽しい時間が過ごせたし、白焼きを塩で食べるのがこんなに美味しいのか!と目からウロコがポロポロ落ちて為になった。次回は1軒目で訪れたい。

The guinea fowl I ate before is delicious like ordinary chicken. It's my first time to eat salted scallops, but the texture is crunchy and goes well with sake. I thought the eel cold and the guy were silky, but it was cotton tofu. I wonder if cotton tofu has a stronger soybean taste. I liked everything I cooked, so I ordered a smoked product and it was out of stock. I ordered 2 livers, 1 strip, 1 sparrow, and Shirayaki without shaving. Around this time, the husband's heavy mouth began to open. The strips seem to come from the shape of Tanabata strips. It is also said to be the prototype of kabayaki. Wasabi soy sauce or salt is recommended for white grilling. The guinea fowl birds, such as the pheasant's companions, have rushed out. Was this the silent master? It changed as much as I thought. After that, alcohol goes on while saying adako. Since it's the second house, I can't eat that much, so I ended up with two drinks. I had a very good time, and is it so delicious to eat white roast with salt? And the scales fell from my eyes, which was good for me. I want to visit the first one next time.
