★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私のときは三〇〇様で、とても話しやすく親切に説明してくださる方でした。ヒアリング→物件探し→内見の一連の流れがとてもスピーディで、複数物件まわってもだいたい2時間ぐらいで終わりました。長所短所伝えてくれる上、他の不動産によくあるやたら期限を迫ったりすることがないため、安心して選ぶことができます。またオーナーと直接取引している物件もあるようで、物件によっては周囲の住環境が詳しく聞けたり調整しやすいものがあるようです。
どちらかというと評価は辛めな私ですが、それでも減点要素がないため★５。このあたりは不動産屋が非常に多いのですが、初めてでよくわからないという方にもオススメできます。ただ、担当者の方も一度の短時間で探せる物件は限りがあるので、何度か尋ねて選ぶのがいいと思います。

管理費が安いのか管理会社をここに変える大家さんも見たことがあるが住むには絶対に勧めない。
