平気でウソつきます。契約書にサインすれば終わりです。
好評価の方々は契約時の印象でしょうが、問題は退去時にあります。
敷金など問題ではなく現状回復費用、クリーニング費用として高額の請求をされている方が多くいるようです。
選択するのはご自身で決めて下さい。ただ参考までにこれから契約を考えている方は大手もあるのでそちらをお勧めします。後悔先に立たずですから、、、

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前こちらのお店で部屋探しをしました。店長さんはじめスタッフの方みなさんが親身になって相談にのってくれ、色んな角度から物件の提案をしていただきました。また土地勘のない私に雑談をまじえながら楽しく街のことなどアドバイスしてもらえました。残念ながら今回はご縁がなく物件探しを見送りましたが、また探す際にはお願いしたいと思います。
