予約日の2日前に予約日確認や希望条件ヒアリングの連絡。
オンライン相談当日の予約時間10分前にキャンセルの連絡。
理由はお店がばたばたしてるから1時間程度ずらしてほしいといわれた。
ちょっと意味がわからなくてとりあえずそのままキャンセル。
妻とスケジュールを調整して待ってたので、一日が無駄になった。
予約10分前に上記の理由で時間変更が可能なのはサービスマニュアル通り？
今もエイブルさんの管理物件に住んでるので、がっかりしかない。
とりあえず、エイブルさんの本社にサービスマニュアルについて問い合わせ中。
なので、スタッフ全員でミーティングを行う必要はありません。
