委託しているAlsokの対応になるため、困ることが多い。
今も、どこかの家の室内で工事のようなことをして
騒音がすごいのだが、Alsokにいっても、どこの家が
騒音を出しているかを突き止めてくれないし、結局、泣き寝入り。
また排水ができなくなった時も、まるで使用している方に
問題があると言わんばかりの応答で、辟易した。
疑ってかかった物言いに嫌気がさす。
あまりにも無礼な言い方だったので、以前の部屋の利用者
さんのではないかと言ったら、借りている部屋は、排水管掃除が
終わってから、我が家が使っているから、そういうことはないと
言い切られた。
だが、マンションの排水管掃除が１年に一度ではないために
かなり詰まっているところが、ちらほらある。
この前も、隣の家がお風呂場の排水で清掃をしてもらっていた。
働く人たちには、土日休みの不動産会社という良心的な会社だろうが
利用者にとっては、親身になってくれず、犯人扱いのような
対応でした。
この会社から個人で物件を借りることは止めたほうがいいと思います。
