★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前にこちらの店舗で賃貸を契約しましたが、丁寧な対応と、キレイで条件に合う物件を探していただき助かりました。
ただ賃貸の名義変更を依頼しても全く対応されて無かったり（東都不動産に申込書を提出しても名義変更されてなかった、こちらは手間も郵送費等もかけてるのに）
解約時の案内が店員さんによって言うことが違ったり、敷金の返金の対応が遅かったりと対応の荒さ目立ち、最初の対応が良かった分大変残念でした。

However, even if I requested to change the name of the rent, it was not responded at all (the name was not changed even if I submitted the application form to Tohto Real Estate, although this costs time and mailing costs etc.)
It was very disappointing that the first response was good, as the guidance at the time of cancellation was different depending on the clerk, and the response to the refund of the security deposit was slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日本人ならここでの契約はやめといたほうがいい。認識が違うからこちらが求めてるものを理解しない。契約が済んだ途端雑なのは本当。管理ユニット？にも連絡したが折り返すと言って折り返しは来ない。パリパリ笑 するのは結構だけどちゃんとやってほしい。早ければいいってもんじゃないだよ笑
