混むと困るので嫌な人は来ないでね（笑）

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一ヶ月後の乳腺ドックを予約して、当日は全く待ち時間なく案内され、超音波診断、マンモグラフィ、診察とスムーズに進みました。何より検査結果がその場ですぐわかるところが魅力です。
その後定期的に横浜市の検診で利用しています。予約をすれば30分かからずに終わるので(マンモグラフィのみ)助かります。検診の結果は1ヶ月前後です。

受付カードを取って呼ばれるのを待って下さいとのことで、公平に、順番に、ご対応下さいました。
検査技士の方もとても親切で、初めてでしたが安心してマンモグラフィーを受けられました。
現在、とても多くの方が受診に来るようでキャパを越える日もあるようで、まずは横浜市の乳ガン検診か乳腺ドッグを受けてくださいとお願いの張り紙もありました。
色々口コミありますが、私の感想としては、受付の方にも看護師の方にもお忙しい中、とても真摯にご対応下さったと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まずHPのフローチャート確認して、検診か診察を判断。結果、診察→待ち時間長い日もあるけど、院内ですぐ検査。別日さらに院外MRI検査の末、こちらで手術していただきました。安心できる先生・検査技師さん・ベテラン看護師さんすごく親切で、本当に有難かったです。もう閉院で先生方、菊名記念病院等に移るそうですが、ずっと綱島で開院していただきたかった！

先生も看護師さんも技士さんも、皆さん気さくで相談しやすいです。受付の方も丁寧です。(私はここで嫌な気持ちになった事はありません)
乳ガンの説明を家族同伴で…と言われて、夫が同伴できるのが夜遅くなると言うと、遅くても良いよ、と診療時間外に丁寧に説明して下さいました。治療も一人一人に応じた丁寧な対応をして下さいます。
それほどに患者と治療に、真摯に向き合って下さる先生です。
数人の患者仲間共通の意見ですが、先生の手術は、手術跡がとてもキレイです。
9/22で閉院、以降は、乳ガン専門の先生は菊名記念病院で、内科の先生はつなしま医院で診療されます。
もちろん、これからもお世話になります！

しかし待合室で待っていたら、看護師のようなおばさんにいきなり呼ばれ、診察の順番が回ってきたのかと思ったら
「生理はいつ来たの！？」
と聞かれました。
私は生理不順で、いつ来るか予測ができないためそれを伝えたところ
「生理が始まった日から数えて14日目くらいじゃないと、マンモグラフィがちゃんと写らないのよ！言ってる意味分かる！？」
と上から目線で言われました。
「生理不順だからいつになるか分からない。自分で分かるようなしこりがあるのに、そんな不定期で放置して置くのは不安です」
と伝えましたが、
「言ってる意味が分からないの！？生理が始まった日から数えて14日目以降に来なさいと言っているの！」
とキレ気味で、最終的には診察拒否で追い出されました。
後日別の乳腺外科へ行きましたが、生理とは関係なくマンモグラフィもエコー検査もして頂けました。
ただしこりは良性でしたが、大きさがかなり大きかったため、手術となりました。
ここで指示に従っていて、万が一悪性腫瘍だったらと思うと、本当にゾッとします。
どなたかが
「乳腺関連の不安をお持ちの患者さんには、病院をお探しなら、遠くても他の病院をお勧めします。こんな思いをするのは自分だけで充分です」
と書かれていましたが、私も全く同じ意見です。
