★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 突然の訪問にも関わらず、最後まで丁寧に対応して頂きました。担当してくださった江川さんは、すごく親切で親身に部屋を紹介してくれました。土地についてもとても詳しく勉強熱心な方だと印象を受けました。店長の小松さんをはじめスタッフの方がみんな優しく、「ここから借りたい」と思い、お願いしました。
初めての1人暮らしで不安もたくさんありましたが、今は新しい家での生活が楽しみです。次回もまたこちらでお願いしたいと思います。

コロナ禍でも本気で物件探しをしており、店舗にも訪問させていただきました。訪問時は理想の部屋が見つからず、その後に良さそうな物件を見つけて詳細を伺ったのですが、返信もなく、こまめに連絡をしてくれない会社なのだなと感じました。
「エイブルは対応が悪い」と聞きますが、大倉山という素晴らしい環境と雰囲気の場所でも、このようなことになってしまうのだなと、とても残念に思います。
It's been a while since I first used it, but I decided to give it a star 1 because the correspondence was noticeable.
I was seriously looking for a property even in Corona, and I also visited the store. When I visited, I couldn't find the ideal room, and after that I found a good property and asked for details, but I didn't get a reply and I felt that it was a company that didn't contact me diligently.
I hear that "ABLE is not good at responding", but I am very sorry that this happens even in the wonderful environment and atmosphere of Okurayama.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 立地は駅から近くて便利ですし、店頭も清潔感があります！何件か不動産まわりましたが、手数料がリーズナブルで店舗の対応の方も良くて総合的に一番でした☆ 初めての一人暮らしですが、エイブルはサポート内容や提携プランも豊富で、手続きも安心して進めていくことができました！

The location is convenient because it is close to the station, and the storefront is clean! I went around several real estates, but the fees were reasonable and the store's response was good, so it was the best overall ☆ Although it was my first time living alone, ABLE has abundant support contents and tie-up plans, so the procedure is safe. I was able to proceed!
