Likely the best bowl of noodles I’ve ever eaten! The texture and chewiness is nothing short of perfection. The only reason why I’m giving 4 stars is that my spicy miso broth was a bit too salty. But highly recommend! cash only folks and come by yourself it’s a small store with one row of seating. And ladies don’t worry they provide a hair tie and bib for you to use while you eat. Slurp slurp away!!

The best noodle in my life. I’d like to strongly recommend you should visit Yasubee if you are in Tokyo. and all staffs was nice, and I believe a small dish is enough if you are an woman. (I ordered the midium one, but I couldn't finish...) fyi, the price of all dishs was same. Also you can add an warm Miso-soup after you finish the noodle with Free. (I learned from the people around me) I ate last Saturday, but I still want it again.... will visit this weekend again! ** I found there are English/Korean/Chinese menu in front of the entrance door. If you are not good at Japanese, those menu will help for you.

I stopped at Yasubee on a Thursday night, the restaurant was full of people and I had to wait a little before sitting. You order your food with the machine at the entrance, ask to the staff for the English menu, because the machine it’s only in Japanese and there are no images. I tried the spicy Tsukemen ramen with extra pork meat and egg. The dipping noodles were thick and chewy, the soup tasty and moderately spicy, the egg with a creamy yolk and the pork meat tender. The only thing I would change is the temperature of the dipping broth, in my opinion wasn’t warm enough, it got could half way through the portion of noodles. Very good restaurant for Tsukemen. The soup is great, not too salty and has some sweetness to it. You can choose the size of the noodles, and medium is enough for me. I recommend to order the side dish of eggs, Pork and dumplings as well.

Outstanding friendly service, even though we couldn’t speak Japanese. They have an English menu, and even an infographic for first-timers that explains how to eat tsukemen. I tried their spicy soy sauce tsukemen, and loved it, especially with sesame seeds poured liberally into it! The broth is not very thick, but the flavour is nuanced and nicely rounded off by vinegar. There is an assortment of complimentary condiments to adjust the taste to your liking: black pepper, bonito powder, grated raw onion and vinegar. Chashu was unexpectedly included in the broth, but I also ordered extra. However the chashu was quite unspectacular. I liked the bean sprout salad though!

Yasubee is one of the places that specializes in dipping noodles (aka Tsukemen). Located just 3 minutes walk away from Shibuya station it's very easy to get to and for those landing in Narita airport, the NEX (Narita Express) actually takes you directly to this trian station. Onto the ramen, I really like the dipping broth here, it's a good balance of thickness/body in my opinion and has a very satisfying viniger finish. The noodles as expected were very well cooked with good bite.

This location just opened recently and had a chance to try it for dinner tonight. I normally do not like this style of ramen because the sauces tend to be greasy and fishy. This one surprised me. The sauce was not greasy, rather it was very flavorful and not heavy. I chose the spicy sauce and, to me, it was not spicy enough. But, I like thd noodles, they were really QQQ, very satisfying. Many men ate there because the three sizes were for the same price and, of course, they chose large. Good value and tasty!

The place is amazingly tasty and quick. Easy to find and easy to get seated. Food was great! Had the spicy miso size medium and it was almost too much food. I’d recommend getting the regular with extra seaweed you won’t regret it. If you want hot noodles which I think is better ask for Atsu-mori kadasai. It will add to your enjoyment. The dumplings on the special platter was yummy. I’d definitely come back and try the spicy soy tsukemen.
