も	もりねこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東急側の渋谷駅を出てすぐのところにある、旭川系のラーメン屋さんです。 ●いまいちだったところ・調理をされている方がノーマスク他の方も書かれていますが、調理をされているおそらく店長の方がノーマスクです。このため、客は全員マスクをしているのに、店員側がノーマスクとか言うちょっと謎の光景になっています。カウンター席間の仕切りもなしです。後接客の方も、大盛が無料と張られているのに、何のアナウンスもなしで、普通盛りでオーダーを取ってしまうのはダメなのではないでしょうか。・場所が辛いどの店に行くか決めないで出かけたので感じただけかもしれませんが、この辺一帯がラーメン屋だらけで、実質潰しあいになってるのが辛いです。特に向かいの店が、物凄い安価でとりあえずお腹一杯になる系で、めちゃくちゃ辛そうでした。〇良かったところ・スープが美味しい多分魚介と豚骨の組み合わせだと思うのですが、塩味がしっかり効いていておいしかったです。舌がアホなので、この手の何味か良くわかるタイプのスープは結構好きです。最近なかなか見かけない味なのですが、秋葉原の駅の東側にある天神屋さんと似たような味だと思いました。・麺もおいしい多分前記のスープとの鉄板の組み合わせなのかもですが、四角い太麺でかなり歯ごたえがあるタイプで、食べた後に凄いラーメンを食べた感が残ります。こちらも天神屋さんと似たような麺だと思いました。しかも、今は期間限定で大盛無料になっているので、７００円でかなりがっつり食べれます。まあ、向かいのお店も、一番安いラーメンメニューの大盛が６５０円とかなので、結構辛そうですが。 It is an Asahikawa ramen shop just outside Shibuya station on the Tokyu side. ● Where it was not good ・ No mask for those who are cooking Others have written it, but the store manager who is cooking is probably no mask.
