D	Davis Wu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beef here has a great ratio of fat to lean meat. The line moves fast. Although, there's an implicit timer on your meal as they expect you to be done eating by the time the flame under your grill burns out.
E	Edwar Kartio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There has been 4 branches of this restaurant. We came to this particular branch at 9 pm and still have to wait around 1 hour before we got in. The wait was worth it! The beef katsu came medium rare and each person got a burning hot stone (see pic) to cook their meat again if they prefer it more well done. Alternatively you can just slightly touch it on the stone to heat it up. Mix in the grated yam and the fish roe into your rice to further enhance the whole meal experience! Would definitely come again if there's less queue. Food - 10 Service - 9 Vibe - 9 Price - $
H	Helene on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was craving katsu sando but it was a Sunday and everything was closed. So glad to have Found this through yelp/TripAdvisor. As this was the closet we can get to the sando. Just without the bread. Its a small restaurant and seats 8 people. We got there at about 2pm and there were about 10-12 people In line, about an hour wait. If you’re hungry, grab something at the nearby convenient store. Online saids they accept credit card but I don’t think they do. They accept credit card via QR code which was our First time doing so. Quite convenient as we were low on yen. Menu is super simple. 1400 yen for basic katsu plate. 1500 for addition of a yam thing? 2100 yen for double meat. 2300 for double meat with yam thing. They’re pretty efficient. They’ll take your order while you’re in line. Serve you when you’re seated. You also get unlimited rice refills, which a lot of local Japanese guests opted for seconds. You get a little grill thing to cook your meat. The fire lasts almost exactly as the time everyone finishes cooking their meat. The meat was fantastic! Very savory and crunchy. Just super delicious. You also get a soy dipping sauce and some sort of horseradish? dipping sauce. Def want to go back.

They also provide a small grill for you to cook the beef more. Actually, the more you grilled it, the better it tasted and more tender; however, something was missing, that special flavor of a steak. I prefer steak!
K	Karen Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My hubby loves this place. The gyu katsu is super tender and delicious. You have to grill each slice on the hot stone plate, and you can cook it to your desired doneness. Great price too, for a very filling and delicious meal.

The service was awesome. Super friendly and attentive. The meat was amazing and experience was good for sure! Definitely worth a try at least once. I don't know if I would go and wait in line again.
