Not only was the ordering experience very easy even with my very little Japanese, but the staff were very professional and efficient. Our food came out fast and was super flavorful and even better it came with two free noodle refills! The broth is nice and rich with a lot of flavor and the noodles have a good strong flavor and are just toothsome enough at the default firmness. I only wish we had tried this place sooner so I could have gone over and over. The establishment is small by american standards but quite spacious as Japanese ramen shops tend to go and was comfortable, however do not try to go in with a group larger than two people or expect to sit separate, (worth it for the awesome food.) Please be respectful if you come here and do not linger, other people want to get in too.

You'll be welcomed by the shopkeeper and you can just handover the ticket and mention the hardness of your noodles. 900 yen for Tonkotsu Ramen, free noodle refill for up to 2 times. Flavorful broth and delicious toppings.
