H	H H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まもなく移転とのことで数年ぶりに訪問しました。駐車場は店の北坂の途中に5〜6台。並んでいると後ろからきた兄ちゃんが先に食券買ってる。で店内へ入ると何も言わずに店員はあとから来た兄ちゃんから食券を受け取る！！なんやねん！！「うちらが先です」言うと確認し順に案内されましたが、そんなローカルルールの貼り紙はどこにもない！食券が先ならデカデカと書いといてほしい。で、ラーメンですが特製つけ麺を頂きました。ごく普通の豚骨魚介スープです。特製の内容ですがチャーシュー増量と味玉がのります。チャーシューは独特の味付けでおっ！と思いました。美味しいです。麺、スープは普通です。店主がアニオタのようでフィギュアやポスターなどかてんこ盛り。そういった方面の方にはよろしいのでは？？ I visited for the first time in a few years because it was about to move. 純	純米吟醸 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ラーメンめろう。来年の3月でオープンから10年を迎える人気店。近く移転を予定されているようですが、遠くなるその前に伺ってきました。伺ったのは平日のお昼。待ちは無く、そのままカウンター席へ。いただいたのは・中華そば・炙り焼豚丼いりこや昆布、干し椎茸などからとった和出汁が効いたスープに、国産小麦のみを使った自家製中細麺。とてもあっさりしてはいるものの、深みのあるスープが美味しい。炙り焼豚丼は、ピーナッツの香ばしさと食感がマッチして美味しいのですが、少し炙り過ぎたのか焼豚がちょっと硬かったのが残念かな。こちらのお店の限定麺が、かなり推しだと聞いたので、いつかは食べてみたいと思います。 Let's try ramen.
