8	8823 spitz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 藤が丘駅すぐそばのビルの地下にあります。札幌ラーメンの店だそうで、人気ナンバーワンの味噌ラーメンを頂きます。暗めの店内に中華鍋の音が響き渡ります。ライスは無料のセルフサービス。程なくして料理が到着しました。スープは札幌味噌らしく甘口。本場と同様ラードがスープを覆ってます。味が薄っぺらい印象を受けたので、もう少し深みがあるとよかったですね。麺は森住の麺で､固めの中太ちぢれ麺。食べごたえがあって良かったと思います。チャーシューの上にニンニクがあるんですが、それを溶かすと少しニンニクの風味が広がりますが、純粋に味噌を楽しみたいならお店の人に断るべきです。もやし､ネギ､タマネギなど野菜中心の具を炒めた音がおそらく中華鍋の音だったんでしょう。友人の頼んだ海老味噌のスープは、甲殻類の旨味が前面に出たスープ。個人的にはこっちの方が好み。パスタのソースにも使えそうな感じ。価格は全体的に高めですが、本格札幌ラーメンを頂けます。ごちそうさまでした。 It is in the basement of the building near Fujigaoka Station. な	なon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内衛生面△ 建物が物すごく古いのか、床に穴が開いていたり掃除を諦めたようなエアコンがありました。お手洗いもかなりの汚れ様だったので、小さなお子さん連れで行くのはオススメできません。カウンターなどに置いてある調味料系はしばらく洗浄や拭き取りなどしていないのか油ぎっていたり、お客様の飛ばしたスープの点々がこびりついていました。しかしラーメン自体は美味しい。麺がいいですね、中太縮れ麺のコシが食べ甲斐あります。味噌バターコーンラーメンはコーン用の穴あきレンゲをつけてくれるのでノンストレス。(コーン系やひき肉乗せた台湾ラーメン系を好む人には分かるはず?) トッピングのおろし生姜がほんのりアクセントになりました。海老味噌ラーメン、麺とスープのベースは同じだと思いますが、海老の粉の様なものが溶かしてあると思います。初来店の時はこの海老味噌ラーメンを目当てに行きましたが、海老のペースト状の物を溶いてあるイメージだったので、お味は美味しいものの、毎回口の中に残る粉っぽいザラザラ感が嫌で食べるのやめました。(連れはそこがそれほど気にならないとゆうか、それよりも味が気に入って毎回コレを注文してます笑) 営業時間が他のラーメン店の様に昼・夜に分けていないので、中途半端な時間帯にも行きやすいです。本当はこの営業時間とラーメンとで⭐️４にしたいところですが、店内衛生面の件を踏まえて３にしました。小さなお子様連れの方の参考になると良いなと思います。 In-store hygiene △ There was an air conditioner that had holes in the floor or gave up cleaning, probably because the building was very old.
